Society |
| |
|
United Kingdom of Great Britain & N. Ireland--January
19.2009--Do you know that most of the people suffer from
anxiety and panic attack many times in their life. However many
of them suffer from anxiety and panic on a daily basis. Some
times these problems occur very suddenly without any warning
signs. It generally occurs when person is going through stress
period. In that case he/she needs urgent anxiety cures.
Sometimes these attacks may be mild and sometimes these may be
severe. Some sufferers also experience mental illness due to
these anxiety and panic attacks.

Stress and anxiety not only affect person emotionally but also
physically and socially. Some of the symptoms of anxiety
include sleep disturbances, muscle tension, back pain, shoulder
pain, neck pain, tension, migraine headaches, upset, heartburn,
constipation, diarrhea, weight gain or loss, hair loss,
fatigue, high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, asthma,
shortness of breath, chest pain, skin problems, immune system
suppression, flu, infections, nervousness, moodiness,
irritability, memory problems, lack of concentration, social
difficulties etc.
Generally people suffering from anxiety are prescribed some
sort of medication for the attacks. Most of them are using
these medications to cure anxiety without knowing them that
they have side effects. So my advice to sufferers before taking
any medication first check that it have side effects or
not.
